Deans are required to attend the deans meeting listed below.  At least one dean from each session must attend either the morning or evening meeting on each date. 

The first meeting is primarily for first-time deans, but often there are new requirements or revisions to existing materials that all deans need to be aware of. If you do not need to attend the first meeting, I will inform you in advance. 

The second and third meetings are to gauge your progress in preparing for your week of camp and to keep me abreast of any problems you may be having or any special needs you may have for your week.

If you are not able to meet on the specified dates and times, it is your responsibility to contact me and set up a convenient time to meet.
