Prior to registering for Oak Hill, please review the 2008 Camp Schedule to decide which week of camp you'd like to attend and read the Code of Conduct and Camp Regulations.

Our Registration Form is available in two formats - Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF. Chose one of the formats below. Instructions for completing the Registration Form are provided at the beginning of the form.

Register early to ensure you will be able to attend the week of your choice. Registrations are limited to 60 per week.

To receive the $20 discounted rate, your registrations must be "postmarked" by the deadline date for the particular week of camp you want to attend, and you must send full payment in the amount of the discounted fee with your registration.
